Near Gouken’s dojo, Chun-Li and Guile are attacked by Charlie, who was brainwashed by Shadaloo to become their assassin known as “Agent Shadow.” Guile stops the fight by giving Charlie his dog tags, which helps restore his memory and prompts him to retreat. Ken takes Eliza to the hospital, where she encourages him to find Ryu and warn him about Shadaloo. He attacks the couple in their hotel room, but Ken overpowers him and forces him to retreat.

Vega then bumps into Ken and Eliza and places a tracking device on Eliza’s scarf.
